　《魔物獵人 世界：Iceborne》是《魔物獵人 世界》的超大型擴充內容，若是已經持有《魔物獵人 世界》的玩家，只要加購擴充內容升級即可遊玩。
 
　　《魔物獵人 世界：Iceborne》於「初階」和「進階」之上追加新的任務等級「Master Rank（大師級）」，相當於過往系列作的「G 級」。只要購買《魔物獵人 世界：Iceborne》便可遊玩「Master Rank」的任務。「Master Rank」任務將會有新的素材，比進階等級更棘手的魔物亦會等著玩家來挑戰。
